Meet Samantha

I am a Broker Associate in the Grand Junction office at The Van Gundy Group. I am a true Grand Junction native. I have been active in real estate since 2012 and believe that the purchase of a new home or the sale of a beloved residence are some of the most important, exhilarating, and sometimes stressful moments in people’s lives. I also love working with investors looking for the cashing flow property. The positive attitude, attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and calmness that I bring to the table make the roller coaster that could be the real estate transaction feel more like a walk in the park.

When I am not conducting real estate transactions for our clients, I enjoy spending time with my family; hiking, fly fishing, and camping.

Whatever the situation, my high level of commitment allows me to help you get into the right home!
