Then, we work with sources and vendors to get you what you want at the best price. Best is not always cheap. Best is fair market value for goods and services received. Best is a vendor who puts you first. We then come back to you with specific recommendations for saving money—without changing the quality of the product or service. Most of the time you continue working with your current vendor with new pricing.

You decide what, if any, recommendations are to be implemented.

Finally, we follow up with your employees in a professional and cooperative manner to insure recommendations are implemented as planned.

We do not suggest you cut staff or salaries. We want to be your agent for positive and creative expense management not your agent for disruption or discontent.

We do not sell products or services. We are only there to save you money. If we don’t accomplish that, we don’t get paid.
